Returns
We hope you love your AMOR MIA purchase. However, if you change your mind, we are happy to offer a refund or store credit for full-price items.
How to Request a Return
You can request a return in two ways:
1. Through your customer account

Log in to your AMOR MIA customer account

Go to Orders
-
Select the order you wish to return

Click Request Return and follow the instructions
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. By email
To initiate a return:

Email customercare@amor-mia.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.

Once return instructions are provided, the item must be shipped within 5 business days.

Please provide the tracking number and courier details once the return has been sent.
Returns or exchanges requested after this period will not be accepted.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Criteria
Returned items must:

Be new, unused, and unwashed
-
Have all original tags attached
-
Include the original AMOR MIA packaging

Be returned in perfect resale condition
Items showing any signs of wear — including makeup marks, perfume scent, deodorant stains, stretching, damage, or other visible use — will not be accepted.
Items that appear to have been worn for a photoshoot, event, or social media content will also be considered worn and will not qualify for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked courier service, as AMOR MIA cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach our studio.
Important
All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.
AMOR MIA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return criteria, including items that:

Show signs of wear or damage

Are missing original tags or packaging

Have been customized or adjusted to personal measurements
Customized items cannot be resold. If such items are returned in non-resalable condition, AMOR MIA reserves the right to charge the full design price.
If a return does not meet the above conditions, the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
All items undergo a quality inspection before shipment. However, in an unlikely case you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact customercare@amor-mia.com.
To process the claim we require:

An unboxing video and/or
-
Clear images of the issue
Once the item is received and inspected at our studio, we will arrange a refund or exchange.
Accessories & Swimwear
For hygiene reasons, all accessories and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.

If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
Returned items must meet the standard return criteria.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item for store credit and place a new order.
Any shipping fees, import duties, or processing fees associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale Items
All sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale.
These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation regarding your refund or store credit.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after the item has been received in pristine condition.
Please keep your proof of postage and tracking information until the refund has been completed.
Made-to-Order & Customized Items
Some AMOR MIA pieces are made to order or customized.
Refunds cannot be issued for customized items where incorrect measurements were provided by the customer. Please ensure all measurements are accurate before placing your order.
