RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns on full-price items for a refund or store credit.
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Via your account
Log in, go to Orders, select the relevant order, and click Request Return.
Via email
Email customercare@amor-mia.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
Once return instructions are confirmed, the item must be shipped within 5 business days. Please provide tracking details once dispatched.
Returns requested outside this window will not be accepted. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be returned:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- With all original tags attached
- In original Amor Mia packaging
- In perfect resalable condition
Items showing signs of wear including makeup marks, perfume, deodorant stains, stretching, or damage will not be accepted.
Items that appear to have been worn for a photoshoot, event, or social media content will be treated as worn and will not qualify for a refund.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as Amor Mia cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach our studio.
INSPECTION & REFUSALS
All returns are inspected upon arrival. Amor Mia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions, including items missing tags or packaging, showing signs of wear or damage, or that have been customized to personal measurements.
Customized items returned in non-resalable condition may be subject to a charge of the full design price.
Items that fail inspection may be returned to the customer at their expense.
INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS
All orders are quality-checked before dispatch.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, contact customercare@amor-mia.com.
To process the claim we require an unboxing video and/or clear images of the issue. Once received and inspected, we will arrange a refund or exchange.
ACCESSORIES & SWIMWEAR
All accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
For customers outside the European Union, all swimwear is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
For customers residing in the European Union, swimwear is not eligible for withdrawal or return where the protective hygiene seal has been removed, damaged, or otherwise compromised after delivery.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
If your order has already shipped, it must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned items must meet the standard return conditions above.
EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return it for store credit and place a new order. All shipping fees, import duties, and processing fees associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
All sale, discounted, and promotional items are final sale. They are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Orders placed using a 10% welcome discount are exempt from this policy and remain eligible for a refund or exchange under the standard return conditions.
MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
Refunds cannot be issued for customized items where incorrect measurements were provided by the customer. Please ensure all measurements are accurate before placing your order.
REFUND TIMELINE
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of the item being received in acceptable condition. Please retain your proof of postage and tracking until the refund is complete.
EUROPEAN UNION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers residing in the European Union may have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
This statutory right is separate from our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy outlined above.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized, altered, personalized, or made-to-order items. In addition, swimwear is not eligible for withdrawal where the protective hygiene seal has been removed, damaged, or otherwise compromised after delivery.
Customers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal are responsible for return shipping costs. Original standard shipping charges will be refunded in accordance with applicable law. Expedited shipping upgrades selected at checkout are non-refundable.
