Shipping & Production

OUR SLOW FASHION PROCESS

Amor Mia operates on a made-to-order model. Each piece is handcrafted in our Bali studio after your order is placed. Production takes up to 10 business days depending on the complexity of the design, after which your order is dispatched with full tracking.

From order to delivery, please allow up to 15 business days total.

Select in-stock and sale items ship within 1-2 business days of order receipt.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER MINIMUM

International orders require a minimum purchase of £98 / $122 to proceed to checkout.

SHIPPING RATES

Complimentary international shipping on all orders over £300.

For orders under £300:

US, Europe & Australia: £10 flat rate
All other regions: £15-£25 depending on destination

STANDARD SHIPPING

Production: up to 10 days Delivery: 3-6 business days after dispatch

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Production: 1-2 business days Delivery: 3-6 business days after dispatch

All expedited orders ship via DHL Express or FedEx. If you require a piece by a specific date, please include the date in your order notes and we will confirm whether it can be accommodated.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday begin production the following Monday.

CARRIERS & TRACKING

All orders are handcrafted and dispatched from our studio in Bali, Indonesia.

International: DHL Express or FedEx with tracking
Asia: EMS

A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order is dispatched. We do not ship to PO boxes. Your contact number must match the country code of your delivery address.

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact customercare@amor-mia.com and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Dispatch times for custom orders vary by design. Please email customercare@amor-mia.com with your event date before placing your order and we will confirm whether delivery can be arranged in time.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not calculated at checkout.

REFUSED DELIVERIES

If a delivery is refused by the recipient, the following will be deducted from any refund issued: original shipping charges, import duties and customs fees, and return shipping costs. Orders disposed of by the carrier due to unpaid fees will not be refunded.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays resulting from customs processing or carrier disruptions are outside our control.
