Please note that we take a slow fashion approach. After you place an order we will proceed to handcraft the design for you*. You will receive a tracking info as soon as your order is ready.

We do not mass produce. We treat each design as its own work of art.

*some items that are in stock will be shipped in max 48 hrs.

Shipping [Standard]

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over £250 GBP.

If your order is under £250 then you will be charged an additional cost for shipping to your location.

If you are in the US, Australia or Europe you will be charged a £10 flat fee (for orders under £250).

For all other regions, standard shipping rates vary from £10-£20 (for orders under £250).

For all items with standard shipping we normally produce between 7-10 business days (unless stated differently in your product description).

The delivery time is 3-6 business days (depending on your location).

Shipping [Expedited]

Expedited shipping orders are produced first, in 1-2 business days from the order date. 

We deliver in 3-6 business days (depending on your location). All deliveries with expedited shipping are with DHL express.

If you need a design by a specific date please note the date in the order and we will try our best to deliver it to you prior to the requested date.

Please note that all orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday won't be produced before Monday.

**Please note that as of April 2023 we are not able to offer expedited processing of your orders.**

Shipping Process 

  • All shipments are produced and shipped from our ethical studio in Bali, Indonesia.
  • We use DHL Express tracking for all international shipments. 
  • For Asian deliveries we use EMS.
  • Please note we do not ship to PO boxes.
  • Please note your contact number has to match your country code.
  • Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email containing the tracking link.
  • Please note sometimes DHL takes up to 2 days to provide us with a tracking link so there might be some delays on the shipping information email.

Custom orders & Events

For customized orders the dispatch time will vary depending on your requirements. We will inform you of all the details including shipping time via email.  

If you need a design for a specific event we will always try to accommodate you. Let us know in an email your event date and we will let you know if it can arrive in time for your event.

Tax / custom duties

Each country has different import tax rules.

It is the customers responsibility to check and pay any import tax that is charged upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges


We hope that you love your AMOR MIA purchases, however, if you change your mind, we will happily issue a refund or store credit for non-Sale items.

  • contact us at with your order number & reason for return withing 7 days from receiving the package
  • initiate a return (post the return package) within 7 days of receiving the package
  • send us a tracking number & your choice of courier

Please note that we won't accept any returns/exchanges after this 7-day period expired. No exceptions.

Please note we do not refund your shipping fee.

Items must be in new, unwashed and unused condition with all tags attached.

Amor Mia will not be responsible for shipping and handling costs when returning an item that you change your mind on. 

We recommend using a courier that provides tracking as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach our studio.


Amor Mia will not be responsible for items returned that are not in a new and unused condition or items that are fully customized/adjusted to your measurements.

We can not re-sell those designs.

In this case we will reserve the right to charge the full design price.

Incorrect / faulty items

We carefully quality check each of our pieces before sending out, however, in the unlikely event that an item is incorrect or faulty, please contact us on so we can start the return and exchange process free of charge. 

Once the item is received at our studio, we will inspect it and issue a refund immediately.

Order cancelations 

If you wish to cancel your order please let us know ASAP.

If you cancel your order before it's dispatched we can offer a full refund.

If the item has already been shipped then you must return the item within 5 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in new, unwashed and unused condition with all tags attached.

Please note Amor Mia will not be responsible for shipping and handling costs when returning a cancelled item. We recommend using a courier that provides tracking as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach our warehouse.


We’re no longer offering exchanges to our customers.

All returned items will be refunded once they've been inspected by our team following the above mentioned return conditions. 

If you need a different size or colour of an item, then please head over to our website to place a new order.


We cannot offer refunds & returns on any sale/discounted items.

Any item that is reduced in price on our website is considered a Sale item.

All sales are final

Exception: If you used our subscribers' 10% off discount code- your item is eligible for return & is not considered a sale item.


Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, you will receive an email notification of your refund or store credit.

Refunds are usually paid within 7-10 business days of receiving item back in saleable condition.

We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received, but please allow up to 10 business days.

Please keep proof of postage and tracking on all returns.

Note: We do not offer refunds for Sale items or items purchased during an online Sale.

Made to order & customized items

We often offer free customization on some designs.

We cannot offer refunds on made to order & fully customized items if you have not sent us correct measurements.
