HOW SLOW FASHION PROCESS WORKS

  • Please note that we take a slow fashion approach.
  • After you place an order we will proceed to handcraft the design for you*. 
  • Our processing time is up to 10 business days (depending on the design complexity). See processing details below.
  • You will receive a tracking info as soon as your order is ready 
  • We do not mass produce. We treat each design as its own work of art.

    *Some items that are in stock/on sale will be shipped in 1-2 business days from received the order.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDER MINIMUM VALUE

Please note that for international shipping we have a minimum order value of 98 GBP/122 USD for your order to be processed. 

Lower value order will not be able to checkout.

Shipping [Standard]

  • We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over £300 GBP.
  • If your order is under £300 then you will be charged an additional cost for shipping to your location.
  • If you are in the US, Australia or Europe you will be charged a £10 flat fee (for orders under £300).
  • For all other regions, standard shipping rates vary from £10-£25 (for orders under £300).
  • For all items with standard shipping we normally handcraft your order between 6-10 business days (unless stated differently in your product description).
  • The delivery time is 3-6 business days (depending on your location).

Shipping [Expedited]

  • Expedited shipping orders are produced first, in 1-2 business days from the order date. 
  • We deliver in 3-6 business days (depending on your location).
  • All deliveries with expedited shipping are with DHL express.
  • If you need a design by a specific date please note the date in the order and we will try our best to deliver it to you prior to the requested date.
  • Please note that all orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday won't be produced/shipped before Monday.

Shipping Process & Requirements

  • All shipments are handcrafted in-house and shipped from our ethical studio in Bali, Indonesia.
  • We use DHL Express tracking for all international shipments. 
  • For Asian deliveries we use EMS.
  • Please note we do not ship to PO boxes.
  • Please note your contact number has to match your country code.
  • Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email containing the tracking link.

Custom orders & Events

  • For customized orders the dispatch time will vary depending on your requirements. We will inform you of all the details including shipping time via email.  
  • If you need a design for a specific event we will always try to accommodate you. Let us know in an email (info@amor-mia.com) your event date and we will let you know if it can arrive in time for your event.

Tax / custom duties

  • Each country has different import tax rules.
  • It is the customers responsibility to check and pay any import tax that is charged upon delivery. We do not calculate the import duty upfront.

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

We hope that you love your AMOR MIA purchases, however, if you change your mind, we will happily issue a refund or store credit for NON-SALE items.

  • contact us at info@amor-mia.com with your order number & reason for return within 7 days from receiving the package
  • initiate a return (post the return package) within 5 days of receiving the return instructions via email
  • send us a tracking number & your choice of courier
  • Please note that we won't accept any returns/exchanges after this period expired.
  • Please note we do not refund your shipping fee.

RETURN CRITERIA

  • Items must be in new, unwashed and unused condition with all tags attached & an original Amor Mia bag included.
  • Amor Mia will not be responsible for shipping and handling costs when returning an item that you change your mind on.
  • We recommend using a courier that provides tracking as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach our studio.

IMPORTANT:

  • Amor Mia will not be responsible for items returned that are not in a new and unused condition or items that are fully customized/adjusted to your measurements. We can not re-sell these items.

    In this case we will reserve the right to charge the full design price.

Incorrect / faulty items

  • We carefully quality check each of our pieces before sending out, however, in the unlikely event that an item is incorrect or faulty, please contact us on info@amor-mia.com so we can start the return process.
  • Please note that in this case we require an unboxing video.
  • Once the item is received at our studio, we will inspect it and issue a refund/exchange immediately.

Accessories & Swimwear

Please note we do not accept returns for any Accessories & Swimwear items.

However, we can offer exchange for a different size/store credit.

Order cancelations 

  • If you wish to cancel your order please let us know ASAP.
  • If you cancel your order before it's dispatched we can offer a full refund.
  • If the item has already been shipped then you must return the item within 5 days of receiving your order. We will not refund your shipping fee.
  • Items must be in new, unwashed and unused condition with all tags attached & an original Amor Mia bag.
  • Please note Amor Mia will not be responsible for shipping and handling costs when returning a cancelled item. We recommend using a courier that provides tracking as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach our warehouse.

EXCHANGES

  • If you would like to exchange an item, we would be more than happy to assist!
  • All shipping costs associated with exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer, and processing fees may apply. 

SALE ITEMS

  • We cannot offer refunds & returns on any sale/discounted items. 
  • All discounted / marked down items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

REFUNDS TIMELINE

  1. Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, you will receive an email notification of your refund or store credit.
  2. Refunds are usually paid within 5 business days of receiving item back in pristine condition.
  3. Please keep proof of postage and tracking on all returns.

Note: We do not offer refunds for SALE items or items purchased during a Sale/Promotion online.

Made to order & customized items

  • We often offer free customization on some designs.
  • We cannot offer refunds on made to order & fully customized items if you have not sent us correct measurements. Please double check your measurements
